SBSK Plantations Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 226470-V) was established in 1991 by Dato’ Shamsul Bahari B. Salleh Khir for the purpose of holding any property or agriculture related ventures in Malaysia.

Upon establishment, the company has been involved into related ventures and have diversified into other ventures, agriculture and non agriculture; such as construction and property development, retail industries and so on, be it domestic or overseas
